Dulcimers: We are so confident in our dulcimers that should you order one and not be pleased with it when it arrives, you may return it, within 2 weeks of receipt, for your choice of an exchange for a different dulcimer or a refund of the instruments cost. You will pay only the shipping unless we have customized or modified the dulcimer to your order. Other Merchandise: If you have ordered other merchandise and desire a return, you may return it within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item(s) but you are responsible for the shipping. Once your return is received and found to be in saleable condition ya refund will be issued to the card you used for the order. It will take 10-15 days for refunds to show on your credit card.
