Return Policy
Should your dulcimer arrive damaged, you may return it within 2 weeks of receipt. Exceptional care is used in packaging and shipping, but accidents can happen. Please notify the Shoppe at 870-269-4313 or by email at shipping.mcspadden@yelcot.com as soon as your dulcimer arrives if there is any damage.
